You are invited to attend the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MID CHESHIRE AGAINST HS2 (MCAHS2), which will be held at
Oakwood Marina, Davenham Road, Davenham, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 7RY on
Friday 2nd September at 7:30pm.
The AGM venue is right by the flashes pictured above
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
- Apologies (committee members)
- Record of attendance (supporters)
- To review and approve the minutes of the 7th & 8th AGM that was held on the 1st September 2021
- To receive a report from the Chair, this will summarise the activities of MCAHS2 since the last AGM
- To receive a report from the Treasurer, this will summarise the current financial position of MCAHS2
- Fundraising
- Future strategy
- To consider any matters raised by committee members of MCAHS2
- To consider any matters raised by supporters of MCAHS2
- Committee changes since the last AGM
- To elect and/or re-elect committee members of MCAHS2 for the forthcoming year
- Any other business
